phoneman.com is a division of Mike Sandman Enterprises, Inc. located in Roselle, IL (NW suburb of Chicago).

We've been selling unique problem solving telecom tools and equipment since 1990. Our website, sandman.com, has been on the Internet since 1995.

We are the experts everybody turns to when they need to solve a phone problem!

We only take phone orders on sandman.com. We've decided to enter the 20th century (not the 21st century, yet) by offering online ordering. We're going to slowly add items. Probably very slowly!

You can checkout as a guest without logging in. Paypal is the fastest way to checkout because you don't have to enter your address - we get it from them.

If you get a login with a password from phoneman.com, you won't have to enter your address the next time you need to order something.

We ship most orders the same or next day. We make a lot of the stuff we sell here. If we can't ship right away we'll send you an email as quickly as we can letting you know about any backordered stuff.

We don't have a walk-in store, but we can do a Will-Call if you phone the order in (sorry, we can't do that on-line at this time). It usually takes us about 45 minutes to get the stuff out of the warehouse for you.
