Returns & Refunds offers a 30 day moneyback guarantee on items (We offer a 10 day moneyback guarantee on Bidets) if the item and packaging / instructions are returned in new condition, with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. We don't refund shipping in either direction.

To return a Bidet you must call us for instructions on how to drain the water from your model, as well as getting the RMA number. You can't ship a Bidet with water in it!

Call us at 630-980-7710 for the RMA number M-F, between 8:30 and 5 Chicago (Central) time (except holidays and really bad snowstorms).  We can't issue an RMA by email. We'll give you the RMA number and the address to send it to. Please ship it to us so that we have to sign for it so you know we received it.

If an order has been shipped and is not received, or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a claim MUST be filed with us by phone within a day from the time the order was received damaged, or within 7 days of when the order was shipped. Call us at 630-980-7710 when we're open. M-F, 8:30 - 5 Chicago (Central) time to report the problem so we can start working on it. We'll report the damage to the carrier.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the Visa card used will be credited. If the item was purchased by PayPal, the PayPal account shall be credited).

We don't offer "exchanges," but you can return an item in new condition within 30 days of receiving it (10 days for Bidets) by calling for an RMA number (630-980-7710), and you can purchase a different item at the same time if you'd like.

If an item is defective out of the box or from normal use during the 30 day period (or 10 day period for Bidets) we'll try to advance replace the item if you call us for an RMA number (depending on the item).

After the 30 day period we'll give you an RMA number to return the item for repair or replacement. Bidets come with a 3 Year warranty if you use the included (free) surge protector, and save the box. Other items come with a 90 day to 2 year warranty.

Please don't send anything back to us without an RMA number. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. 

Damage reports from shipping must be made within one (1) day of receipt. You'll need to save the packaging and broken item for the shipping company!

Call us if the shipping company damaged the shipment first thing at 630-980-7710, when we're open (M-F, 8:30-5 Chicago-Central time).
