Shipping, Payment & Returns

SHIPPING: takes online orders from mainland US. We take phone orders for AK and HA, and outside the US.

Please note that if you're outside the US you may have to pay duties and/or taxes to Customs on your end. To ship outside the US just give us a call at 630-980-7710 when we're open. We ship Fedex Economy and Priority International, and Priority Mail to some countries, where the rates include Customs brokerage (no big surprise brokerage charge like you'd have with Ground shipping).

The time here in Chicago is now... ships within the US via Fedex 3-day (Express Saver), 2-day (Economy), Overnight (Next Day), and UPS Ground. You can also choose USPS Priority Mail for some items. Any items with Free Shipping are shipped by Ground or Priority Mail.

We can only ship to the billing address on the credit card, or to the PayPal confirmed address. If you phone the order into us at 630-980-7710 when we're open, we can probably ship to an address other than the credit card billing address.

For customers around Chicago you can place a phone order to pickup your stuff at our office. It usually takes us about 45 minutes to get the stuff ready for you. 630-980-7710.

We don't have a store. You'll have to order the stuff you need in advance by phone, and we'll get it out of the warehouse so it's waiting for you.

PAYMENT: accepts Paypal, and Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Stripe.  If you use PayPal you need a Paypal account with a confirmed address for us to ship to. If you don't have a confirmed address or you need to do a drop ship just give us a call to order.

Note that if you use PayPal we get your name, address and phone number from them, so you don't have to type it in!

If you create an account on that information will be saved for future orders so you don't have to enter it again.

If you choose to create an account it's only used for your purchases on the web page.

RETURNS: offers a 30 day moneyback guarantee on items (Except Bidets) if the item and packaging / instructions are returned in new condition, with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. We don't refund shipping in either direction.

Call us at 630-980-7710 for the RMA number M-F, between 8:30 and 5 Chicago (Central) time (except holidays and really bad snowstorms).  We can't issue an RMA by email. We'll give you the RMA number and the address to send it to. Please ship it to us so that we have to sign for it so you know we received it.

If an order has been shipped and is not received, or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a claim MUST be filed with us by phone within a day from the time the order was received damaged, or within 7 days of when the order was shipped. Call us at 630-980-7710 when we're open. M-F, 8:30 - 5 Chicago (Central) time to report the problem so we can start working on it. We'll report the damage to the carrier.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the Visa card used will be credited. If the item was purchased by PayPal, the PayPal account shall be credited).

We don't offer "exchanges," but you can return an item in new condition within 30 days of receiving it by calling for an RMA number (630-980-7710), and you can purchase a different item at the same time if you'd like.

If an item is defective out of the box or from normal use during the 30 day period we'll try to advance replace the item if you call us for an RMA number (depending on the item).

After the 30 day period we'll give you an RMA number to return the item for repair or replacement. Bidets come with a 3 Year warranty if you use a recommended surge protector, and save the box. Other items come with a 90 day to 2 year warranty.

Please don't send anything back to us without an RMA number. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. 

Damage reports from shipping must be made within one (1) day of receipt. You'll need to save the packaging and broken item for the shipping company!
