For those of you with bookmarks to URLs on our old site, we've made every effort to point old URLs to a relevant URL on this site.

Part Number Updates: We've reorganized some of our SKUs, especially on 25 Pair Cables, Phones and Handset Cords. Searching for the old part number should automatically redirect you to the correct new SKU.

Online Ordering: Online ordering is available for all of our standard products. We have the ability to customize many products. If you need something customized, Contact Us to discuss what you need before ordering.

Cart ID: If you have items in your cart, the View Cart page will display a unique Cart ID near the Check Out button. If you need help with your cart, providing us the Cart ID when you contact us will allow us to see what's in your cart in real-time.

Real-Time Inventory Availability: Product listing pages display stock indicators, showing In Stock for items that we currently have in stock. The In Stock indicator means we have at least one of the item in stock. If you order more of an item than we have in stock we'll contact you with current stock levels, estimated lead time and partial shipment options.

Closeout Products: Product listed as Closeout are items that we still have in inventory but do not plan to restock once they're gone. If you need a large quantity of a closeout item Contact Us and we'll discuss options.

Special Order Products: A handful of items displayed as Special Order are items that we don't keep in stock but should still be able to get. Pricing on Special Order items is subject to change, we'll confirm if there's a price difference. Lead time on these products vary. If you order a Special Order product, we'll contact you with current lead time and pricing when we review your order. If you need to know before you order, feel free to Contact Us before ordering.

Unavailable Products: Items displayed as Unavailable are items that we don't have in stock but we would like to restock in the future. If you're interested in an item that's Unavailable, Contact Us and let us know.

International Customers: We don't currently support online ordering for international addresses, but we can manually process international orders if you Contact Us. You can add the items you want to your cart, then let us know your Cart ID when you contact us, and we can quote the shipping rates for you. If you email us, be sure to include a phone number and full delivery address so we can quote shipping accurately.

Sales Tax: If you're in Illinois, our online ordering site will charge sales tax during checkout. If you need to place a tax-exempt order Contact Us first so we can validate your tax exemption / reseller status.

Payment Options: If you want to pay by a method other than what's available during check out, you can Contact Us with your Cart ID to discuss other payment options.
